The Grey Guardian’s Better Economic Plan

It is obvious to me that a better stimulus plan would be one that gives every man woman and child on the North American Continent one million dollars. It would only cost the government around five hundred billon million dollars. Not the trillions we are spending now and with no results. Imagine how super charged the economy of the US, Canada and Mexico would be with all that money. BUT THAT WOULD GIVE THE POWER TO THE PEOPLE NOT THE GOVERNMENT. SO WHERE IS ALL THAT MONEY?
